The hotel was conveniently located, close to everything in the city, either by walking or by using different public transportation options. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and communicated efficiently in English. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive. Additionally, there was ample parking available at the hotel for the guests.
Nothing to be said.

The connectivity. The hotel is in the city center. That hotel is good for sleeping only.
The TV set to small, and it is not possible to switch lights off being on the bed.

The location of this hotel is excellent! Walking distance to major city attractions and public transportation. , the friendly and helpful staff made our stay more enjoyable. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast, although it was not exceptional.
We encountered problems with the hotel's Wi-Fi connection during our stay. the quality and taste of the tap water in the city were subpar, so we had to purchase bottled water.

Price is low. Good cost benefit, specially for those willing to stay downtown without a car. It is also relatively quite (11th floor).
Breakfast is just average. Take a while to get your car from the garage (not in the hotel). 11th floor was under construction (marked my suit with white powder). Room TV had not remote control (they could never get me one).

The two young men at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
The three inch cockroaches in the room.

They provided excellent breakfast buffets with hot and cold items in an attractive, clean setting.
My inability to communicate with staff who with few exceptions spoke only Portuguese. The immediate neighborhood of hotel was rather run-down.

During my New Year's stay, I enjoyed the central location of this budget hotel. It was within walking distance of many restaurants and public transportation options. the friendly staff always had a smile and were quick to offer assistance. the free breakfast was also a nice touch, with a variety of options to choose from.
the smell and taste were noticeably off-putting, so I made sure to buy bottled water instead.

Central Location, bed was ok.
Rooms need severe remodeling. They are old-fashioned but also quite degraded. Wallpapers are droping, a bit of "sewer smell" comes from bathroom water, etc...
